Join us Wednesdays September 5, 19, and 26 for 45 minutes of yoga-based movement, meditation, and breathing within the concrete ruins of "Liz Glynn: Open House." Surrounded by the sounds and energy of a vibrant urban setting, learn simple movements and techniques that will help you find calm in the midst of everyday stresses. Led by Meg Bergstrand who will guide you through a peaceful and centering practice.
